At Noah's Fine Watches & Jewelry, we strive for perfection; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all certificates and packaging.

Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Your Package
Carefully place your jewelry or timepiece in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping container to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided by our team and attach it to the exterior of your package, ensuring all previous labels are removed.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our master jewelers will inspect the item for quality assurance; upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
